Big Bro & Sis Creative Arts Mural

Extravaganza

“Autism is as much a part of humanity as is the capacity to dream.” — Kathleen Seidel

To celebrate Artists in our community and around the state and to bring awareness to autism spectrum disorder  (ASD)  for people of color, we are pairing noted artists from the community with children, youth, and young adults with autism in a Mural creation competition extravaganza.

Twenty artists and autistic children will compete by painting an Art Mural with a freely chosen theme. The competition will take place on July 8 and 9 with the teams of artists at the Famiglia D’Oro TV IV Artists Entertainment Studios at 61 East Main Street, Bristol, Connecticut on a 2nd-floor old factory warehouse.

We will have the parents and/or guardians of the children with Autism present as well as invited local artists to showcase their art, music, and talent.
